Article 1 — Identity of the Seller

Article 2 — Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer by KUVIO and to every distance contract entered into between KUVIO and the consumer. By placing an order, the consumer accepts the applicability of these terms.
Article 3 — Offers and Prices
All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately and are visible before completing the order.
Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind KUVIO. KUVIO reserves the right to change prices.
Article 4 — Agreement
The agreement is established at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and the associated conditions have been met. The consumer receives a confirmation by email.
KUVIO reserves the right to refuse an order or to impose additional conditions, for example in case of suspected abuse.
Article 5 — Delivery
Orders are processed as soon as possible. The delivery period is indicative and does not exceed 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. If the delivery period is exceeded, the consumer has the right to cancel the agreement free of charge.
Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without stating a reason (right of withdrawal), in accordance with Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code.
The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at the consumer's expense. KUVIO will refund the purchase amount including standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the return.
Article 7 — Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website (iDEAL, credit card, etc.). Payments are processed by Stripe. KUVIO does not store payment details.
Article 8 — Conformity and Warranty
KUVIO guarantees that the products conform to the agreement and reasonable expectations. The legal guarantee (conformity requirement) applies. For a defective product within 6 months of delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless KUVIO proves otherwise.
Article 9 — Liability
KUVIO's liability is limited to the amount covered by insurance, or the invoice amount of the relevant order. KUVIO is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage caused by improper use of products.
Article 10 — Complaints Procedure
Complaints about products or services can be submitted to info@kuvio.nl. We aim to handle complaints within 14 days. If a complaint cannot be resolved satisfactorily, the consumer may refer to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Article 11 — Applicable Law
These terms and all agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Northern Netherlands.
