Delivery Times

Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM CET are shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Belgium: 2–3 business days
• Germany: 2–4 business days
• Other EU: 3–7 business days

Our shipping rates are as follows:

• Netherlands: €4.95
• Belgium: €6.95
• Other EU: €9.95
• Free shipping on orders over €75.00 (Netherlands only)

Track & Trace

After shipping, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to follow your package. We ship via PostNL or DPD, depending on the destination and size of your order.

Damage During Transport

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@kuvio.nl. Include clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
