RETURNS
Right of Withdrawal
Under Dutch and EU consumer protection law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. This cooling-off period starts the day after you receive the product.
Within this 14-day period, you may return the product. We will refund the purchase amount including standard shipping costs (outbound) within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
- The return must reach us within 14 days of receipt.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.
How to Return?
- Send an email to info@kuvio.nl with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive a confirmation with return instructions.
- Carefully package the product in the original packaging.
- Ship the package and keep the proof of shipment.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the original payment method. Standard shipping costs are reimbursed; any extra shipping costs (e.g. express delivery) are not.
Exchange
Direct exchanges are unfortunately not possible. You can return the product and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products
Did you receive a defective or wrong product? Contact us as soon as possible at info@kuvio.nl with your order number and photos of the product. We will send a free replacement or process a full refund.
