  • Payment details (processed by our payment provider Stripe and not stored by us)

  • Sending newsletters (only if you have opted in)

Legal Basis

We process your data based on: (a) performance of a contract (for orders), (b) consent (for newsletters), and (c) legitimate interest (for customer service and improving our webshop).

Retention Period

We do not retain your data longer than strictly necessary. Order data is stored for 7 years in compliance with statutory tax retention obligations. Account data is stored as long as your account is active.

Sharing with Third Parties

We only share your data with third parties necessary for the execution of our services: Stripe (payments), PostNL/DPD (shipping), Mailchimp (newsletters, only when subscribed), and Supabase (hosting). These parties process data as processors on our behalf and are bound by processing agreements.

Our website uses functional cookies necessary for the operation of the webshop (e.g. shopping cart, session). We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytical data is processed anonymously.
